ANNOUNCES A NEW BATCH April 6, 2004 -- April 6, 2004 -- It’s all about the music for Journey. That’s why the band--Neal Schon (guitar), Ross Valory (bass), Jonathan Cain (keyboards), Steve Augeri (vocals) and Deen Castronovo (drums)—kicks off a new stretch of headlining U.S. shows that will keep them on the road over three months starting April 29 in West Palm Beach, FL at the SunFest Music Festival. Although they don’t
have new material to promote, the constant desire by their die-hard
fans to experience Journey live continues to give the band the opportunity
to bring their music to the masses. Here are a few rave
reviews of a couple of Journey’s performances as part of the
“Classic Rock’s Main Event” tour: “The combination was perfect. Not only did all three groups command the charts at roughly the same time, but their respective sounds all come from the same school of strong melody, even stronger hooks, soaring vocals and that palatable mix of guitars, bass, keyboards and drums…Journey had the crowd on its feet and cheering boisterously.
